"Riso Della Scala has all your risotto needs for spring" comments David Costello

David Costello from the Courier Mail in Brisbane today commented on our new Riso della Scala carnaroli and vialone nano risotto rice saying that, served with fresh asparagus and peas, it is the perfect Spring dish.
Riso della Scala is distributed in Queensland and Northern NSW by Fino Food and Wine.  Fino served the Riso della Scala rice with black truffle and a poached duck egg at a recent event for Brisbane Chefs.
