- Power International Commerce sells on a wholesale basis to genuine trade businesses only
- Orders must be placed prior to 12:00 on weekdays for delivery time to commence from that day. Prepaid accounts must have been cleared into our account prior to dispatch. Deliveries within the Sydney Metro area will be made within one to seven working days. For delivery times across Australia, please contact us
- A delivery fee applies dependent on weight, volume and/or destination
- Ongoing large volume supply of Airlaid Plus and delicatessen wrap is on a contract or per order basis
- Payment is in advance by direct transfer or cheque for a period of time before accounts will be considered and will be subject to a credit application process and volume of trade
- Payments via cheque will incur a $1.90 plus GST fee
- For advance/guaranteed orders eg. Christmas products, special orders or new arrivals a 50% deposit is payable; remainder due prior to dispatch from warehouse
- Please specify times your property is manned when you order and this will be accommodated if possible, however, as most freight companies deliver any time between 9am and 5pm re-delivery charges will be added to your account if the property is unattended and another delivery attempt is required
- Some products may be dispatched via Australia Post in which case there will be a postage and packaging fee
- Cancellation after placement of order on lines held in stock incurs a $100 cancellation fee
- Full payment will be due if order is cancelled after placement of any special order items
- If cancellation is requested after the order has been dispatched, the payment for stock and freight will be payable in full
- We are unable to take responsibility for late deliveries caused by orders being placed too late, couriers or postal services and refunds will not be granted for late delivery, so we advise you to place your order well in advance of a specific event for which you have requirements
- Customers are responsible for insuring the products from time of dispatch from our warehouse through to delivery. Should you wish for us to arrange insurance separately (where possible), please request this at time of order. Power International Commerce takes no responsibility for uninsured goods damaged or lost during transit
- If insurance cover is requested and provided via Power International Commerce, claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of delivery and photos of damaged items must be provided for the claim to be pursued. Power International Commerce reserves the right to choose the means by which the goods are returned
- Stock cannot be returned after dispatch
- Claims relating to errors in order quantities must be made within 24 hours of receiving the stock; claims past this period will not be accepted
- Claims relating to faulty product must be made within 7 calendar days
- Prices of products are subject to change without notice
- Online prices exclude GST
- Any fees incurred due to dishonoured cheques will be payable by the customer who issued the cheque
